Residence Conditions for Foreigners and Citizenship Information

All Citizens of The Commonwealth

You have full protection under the Constitution and are bound by it and the laws of the provinces. To wit, you may move freely from province to province with all right and privilges.

Passport regulations

Citizens from recongnized micro and macro nations may enter the The Commonwealth Republic of Avalon with the without a visa: (Go to the Ministry of Foriegn Affairs page and click Current Foriegn Policy) Persons of other nationalities require a valid passport, visitors visa, accepted ID or work visa issued by the Buruea of Immirgration. Such docutments are required to have current date and embossed markings with that individuals photograph. Nationals of certain states as well as stateless persons and those without documents are required to contact the Bureau immediately.

Residence Conditions for Foreigners and Citizenship Information

Any foreign visitor can stay in The Commonwealth for a period of (4) weeks as a tourist or if you are a contractor doing work for the government your length of stay is determined by length of your contract.  (Exclusion: No foreigners are allowed onto unpopulated territories controlled by the nation without the expressed written consent of the National Assembly or the Chancellor).

If you have relatives who are citizens (natual or natualized) and are over 18 year of age, they may sponsor you during the citizensip process.(Information regarding sponsorship will be sent to you)

If you have no sponsor then you must apply citizenship, passport or visa.

Foreign nationals are not allowed to petition the Bureau to take up permanent employment or residence within the Commonwealth under the color of politcal asylum.

Forerign national my not apply for citizenship if they are known felons, commtted a felony with in the Commonwealth or have violated the provisions of the Commonwealth Immigration  Reform Act of 2009

Further information about those individuals who's circumstances requires them to seek a request for political asylum, will be addressed on a case by case through the Chancellory or by special committee in the National Assembly. The petition may be sent to the Bureau however it will be fowarded to the administrative staff of the before mentioned for submission.

Upon receipt of your information it will be reviewed and a Buruea representative will contact you with further information about the approval. The representative will also give you information on entry into the Commonwealth community. Once your citizenship has been approved you will receive a Letter of Welcome officially acknoelegding you as a citizen of The Commonwealth. Also you will receive, if you wish a certififcate of citizenship upon providing us an address (allow 3-4 weeks).

Please make sure that you have read  Constitution  prior to sending your citizenship e-mail. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to e-mail or sign the guest book.

Other Duties of The Bureau

The Bureau of Immirgration also is responsible for tracking individuals entering and leaving the country as well issuing passports and visas. The Bureau works closely with Commerce and Trade in the processing and approving of documents for workers entering into the country,i.e. temporary work visas.

The Bureau also conducts the census and tracks the migrational movements of population with the countries boarders
