At this time legistlation has been introduce to consildated certain government functions and office under the chancellors office. C.O.P.A (Consolidation of Power Act) is an ammendment to the constitution allowing for reoganization through centralization of authority of the Ministry of Foriegn Affairs, B.A.S.E. and The Bureau of Immirgration under the office of The Chancellor.

The National Assembly, The Ministry of Foriegn Affairs in conjuction with Chancellory have approved NAB (na) – 010-2008 legistlation for the formation and mandates of B.A.S.E (Bureau of Aeronautics, Science and Exploration).
The second quarter of 2009 (SQ09) has been targeted for the formal introduction of this new agency. We are pleased to state as well that the govenment has met the mid-forth quarter 2008 (4Q08) draft legistlation deadline and a historic move completed for committee discussion before the governments winter break (Decemeber 12th through January 11th). The planned formal link to a complete website devoted to B.A.S.E's projects and research deadline has been moved up to SQ09.
